Well, I tried. Listened to 3/4ths of the book and stopped. Many folks love it, but it's just not my kind of space opera. Unlike The Vorkosigan Series, by Lois McMaster Bujold, or even The Liaden Universe, by Lee and Miller, there is insufficient character or relationship development.
